LockedI am banned for 4chan so I can't find it there. I want to find and know what a certain meme is and I can't find it. The best I can describe it is it is a lady, an older lady. She is staring to the left of the screen, her head is kind of tilted and her lips are puckered up all weird like and she is smiling. She has black hair and it is green in the background, maybe she is outside or something?
That is the best I can do. It randomly gets posted on /b/ a lot and has NO camption. Like ever. When it is posted as the main thread picture everyone else posts the same picture and never posts anything but the picture. HELP!
