With the recent news of another animated film for 2015 I think there should be a thread about Dragonball/Z/GT and anything else. Although there are mangas and games but I think its alright to talk about them here (mainly because the show is probably the most popular part) instead of a whole new thread. Anyway here is for anything DB related.

New film is exciting but I have yet to see Battle of the Gods. Also currently I'm reading through some of the manga and watching it alongside the shows starting from Dragonball.

Dragon Ball Heroes happened:

Reveals SSJ2 Gogeta despite SSJ3 Gogeta already being a thing. Characters from Dragon Ball, Z, GT, the movies, Neko Majin and Dr. Slump appear, as this trailer also reveals Majin Baby Janemba. Also, the male and female Saiyan avatar characters can go to SSJ3 now. Here's a trailer for the arcade game:

Majin Hirudegarn is also in the game as a boss. Majin Ginger, Majin Nicky, Majin Sansho, Majin Zeeun, Majin Angila, Majin Medamatcha, Majin Wings, Majin Raichi, Majin Zangya, Majin Bido, Majin Kogu, and Majin Bujin are also in boss missions.

So, what do you guys think of GT? I think it sucked. I couldn't sit through the first half of the series, but when I skipped to the last bit, it got a bit better.

GT was essentially great concepts, failed execution. Maybe if Toriyama had more involvement with it like he has had with Dragon Ball recently (Dragon Ball Online, Battle of Gods, Jaco the Galactic Patrolman, the 2015 movie, etc.) GT might have been big and gone on longer than that year it was on air.

I felt like GT was okay. The only good thing in it were the battles against Baby, Super Android 17, and Omega Shenron.

Why was piccolo so underrated he was next to goku my favorite db character. He deserves more love

I like Piccolo too but he has not preformed many spectacular feats compared to the other saiyan Z fighters. To be fair though he is one the, if not THE strongest non-saiyan Z fighter.
