I posted this picture to the Pregnancy Announcement gallery with a Spoiler tag because the joke is that the character had fertility problems, which led to a revealing plot point, and the positive pregnancy test is ironic. I checked in today and it got the spoiler tag removed. I put it back on for now, but can I ask why this was done?

In no way does the picture itself actually spoil the scenario.

Sure, there is meta knowledge that must be known to actually get the joke, but somebody not familiar with the series would not be able to draw to the conclusion that this character has a busted womb from this image alone.

In fact Spoilering it in the first place would be a more sure-fire way to raise a red light about the situation than not marking it as a spoiler.

The image didn't spoil anything for me. This thread asking why it was unspoilered did though.

A spoiler tag is only supposed to be used for something that actually spoils the show. If she never gets pregnant in the show (or, if she does get pregnant, but the pregnancy isn't of importance to the plot), then it isn't spoiling anything.
