Soundcloud is out. I'm pretty sure your uploads are locked after they're viewed 100 times if you don't pay up. Not happening.

Beyond that, I'd just like to embed a clickable sound player into my comments from time to time. Anybody have a site like that? In particular, I'd really love to have a few Postal Dude quotes on hand.

No, but I'd imagine that with the countless people that trawl this site, at least 100 would click on an embedded sound file.
