IRC means Internet Relay Chat. As long as you behave (don't troll, don't spam, be nice, etc.), you will be aloud to go on the chatroom. If you misbehave, it's a good kick/ban for you from there. You think you can do this? If so, I'll post the link to it for you.

Actually IRC does mean In Regular Colors in a design class I took, so technically, not lying.

The IRC allows for live chat between a group of people. It can be very useful at times.
