In 2007, a viral video hit the web when R&B singer Beyoncé Knowles (better known just by her first name) fell down stairs at a concert. At the end of the song, she proclaimed "Don't put this on the internet", unbeknownst to her that it was already on the internet before she said so. The moment was ranked #100 on VH1's 100 Most Shocking Music Moments.
