In 2004, comedian Wayne Brady guest starred on “The Chappelle Show”. One perticular skit included Dave and Wayne driving around town causing trouble when Wayne decided to go meet some hookers that work for him. However, when he did not get his money, the dialogue was as follows:

hoe “I’m sorry big daddy.”
Wayne Brady “you’re sorry….. YOU’RE SORRY!!!….. does Wayne Brady have to choke a bitch?”

Since then there have been many pictures parodying the clip and “Does X have to choke a bitch?” was born.
