This meme was born in 17/09/2009, in Vitória-ES, the YouTube user trixmidia posted a video containing a woman shouting to a man in his apartment, the video got to 2,000,000 views on only 20 days, helped by twitter and humor blogs.
About the video
In the video, the woman shouts to a man in his apartment, saying that she wants her "chip" back, as the video goes on we discover that the man picked up her cellphone, and worried about having a huge bill in the end of the month, gone to the burglar house to give her cellphone GSM chip back.
