Ramirez, Do Everything! is a popular catchphrase that stems from the first-person shooter videogame Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 released in late 2009. Throughout the game, Sergeant Foley often orders all sorts of demanding tasks upon Private Ramirez, the default character assumed by the player:

While this catchphrase can be seen as an “inside joke” largely shared by those who have played the game, it became instantly recognized by many others on 4chan’s /v/ (videogame) board.

As of February 2010, the meme has spawned +10,000 variations of “Ramirez, Do Everything,” on par with HA! HA! guy and Technologically Impaired Duck.
Spread
Upon initial success in /v/ board and MemeGenerator, the joke spread to a number of other hubsites associated with 4chan patrons, most notably GameFAQs and GameSpot discussions forums. There’s also a facebook group named after the catchphrase.
