Bearing a shirtless photo of himself and his daily workout routines in details, Dr. Foreman asked for others&#8217; feedback on his physique. And for those familiar with Newgrounds community, proper feedback was the last thing he was going to receive.</p> <h2>Origins</h2> <p>The Newgrounds thread began when Dr. Foreman uploaded <a href="http://knowyourmeme.com/i/22411/original/Dick_Neck_Post.jpg">his photo</a> on April 24, 2009:</p> <blockquote>Abs finally showing thru. Just wanted to mark my 2nd year process. Not really looking for tips. Gimme your feedback.
