And this has made many people even more eager to find out what Corpse looks like. Babe, Wake Up

This is the most popular alleged photo of Corpse Husband, and not for the nicest reasons. Leaked in this September 2021 tweet, people were quick to roast him for his appearance and haircut. But keep in mind, we only see half his face from an unflattering angle, and the diseases he has, which he has openly discussed before, would explain his haircut; he has a particularly difficult time with eye strain, which results in a signature “eyepatch” look, or in this case, emo fringe covering one eye.

Corpse and some of his friends were going to play Among Us with Lil Nas X (this was 2020), and the latter jokingly told Corpse that he’d need to show himself to play the game. Corpse Husband allegedly obliged, so now Lil Nas X is one of the only people in the world who know for sure what the faceless YouTuber looks like.

During another Among Us livestream, Corpse Husband was dealing with some computer issues. Fans thought it was amusing when he frantically tried to restart the page on his computer when the screen turned black while recording. Apparently, he saw his reflection in the computer monitor and got scared that others could see it as well. However, it was just Among Us failing to load as usual, and the YouTuber was relieved to discover no one could see him.

Video by Adeci

In April 2021, Corpse Husband tweeted this video and posted it to TikTok. It appeared to show him, but as the camera approaches Corpse’s head at the last second, the video ends. Fans were even more frustrated upon learning that the video didn’t actually feature him, but was a really impressive animation by @adecitheblue.

Interview with Anthony Padilla

In a March 2020 interview with YouTuber Anthony Padilla, Corpse Husband appeared in person, though his face was hidden by his logo. Even Padilla himself didn’t see all of Corpse Husband’s face, since he wore a COVID-style mask. Fans were interested in hearing what he had to say, especially when considering just how serious he was about not revealing his appearance when meeting with someone in-person (but it was also March 2020, so face maks were nearly as common as they are now).

5. Extra Finger Reveal

Corpse posted a picture of his body and arms, and it got fans freaked out and excited over an extra finger on his left hand. Upon closer inspection, it just looks like an extra finger due to a ring he’s wearing creating an optical illusion. But it’s one of the only aspects of his appearance Corpse has commented on following the drama over his extra finger taking off on Twitter, tweeting simply “Freaky fingers.”

Corpse Husband’s 2021 Face Leak Harassment

Skipping ahead back to the major “leak” that happened in September 2021, the subject of the photos was harassed brutally online for his appearance. There were many negative tweets and social media reactions, especially compared to the more limited number of positive comments. Understandably, Corpse didn’t want to comment on this.

Actual fans of Corpse Husband didn’t tend to join in on the cyberbullying endeavors, and instead strove to spread positivity. Taking to social media, they argued we should be appreciating Corpse’s content the way we did before, and since his face was never tied to his work in the first place, there’s no reason whatsoever to send hate in the direction of Corpse or the person in the photograph.

h2.Valkyrae Talks About the 2021 Face Reveal

(Source: YouTube)

Along with his fans in September 2021, Corpse Husband’s friend and fellow streamer Valkyrae spoke out about the drama. She did so without naming names, but many people assumed she was referring to Corpse’s suspected photo being torn apart online. She said one of her streaming friends was going through something difficult, and asked viewers to “be kind to my friends.” And honestly, this is perfect advice. Corpse Husband doesn’t have to show his face to the world if he doesn’t want to, and no one should be insulting a supposed photo of him the way they are. So treat the Corpse Husband face drama the way it should be treated in the first place — as a mystery we have yet to fully uncover, but only if or when Corpse decides the time is right.
