This rhythmically named November challenge of abstinence has become a staple in memes, akin to the lowly incels and coomers of whom it challenges.

What Is 'No Nut November' and What Are The Rules?
No Nut November is exactly what it sounds, given that you know what the word "nut" means in internet slang. If you don't, well, think about how a man's genitals are sometimes called "nuts," therefore, what comes out of the nutshell must be "nut." Get it?
Therefore, No Nut November is when someone goes the entire month of November without a single "nut." Per the "rules," it's 30 long days of no self-curated satisfaction, plus, no collaborative satisfaction either. Nope, your girlfriend or boyfriend has to endure the long haul with you, or else, you fail the challenge that many on the internet take very seriously every year.
