On November 25th, 2024, the League of Legends TikTok account posted a video that blew up with over 12 million views in about a week. In the video, several voice actors from the Netflix series Arcane, which recently had its second season released, read spins on cliche movie lines in their characters' voices.

Most notably, Harry Lloyd, who voices Viktor, says, "Viktor nation, how we feeling?" and "Jaybe or jaybe not." "Jaybe" is a spin on the character name "Jayce," who recently became the subject of the Jayce PFP war trend in November. The quote stuck out in fans' minds, who have now turned it into a meme.

On TikTok, the audio segment of the League of Legends video in which Harry Lloyd says the quotes have become a popular original sound. Mostly, it's used over Arcane-related videos, including fan art-related videos and memes. One of the most popular examples shows someone putting a Viktor cut-out on top of their Christmas tree.
