Well, you can use Gimp for it, which is free. You'll need to specify the time on each layer, which works as one frame.

I'm not the best at photoshopping, but this turned out decently, I suppose.

I would buy myself a santa hat and decorations for Mother Base, but all my budget went into my pet fucking wolf and terrorism acts. Id like a donation instead, preferrably father back on my head, to hide my embarrasing ponytail.

Anyway, anybody knows how to add png image into a gif?

Go to online image editor if you just want to have it floating statically over the entire gif. You can import the gif, then "overlay" the png. It really only works for these type images though:

↑ Literally takes less than 5 minutes. Otherwise, yeah, if you want it to move with the pic then you have to add it to each layer individually.
