It's a tricky situation. If you try to force it, it's very likely that your situation is only going to get worse. Way worse.
I haven't felt like drawing lately either (for the past year or so), so I just don't draw. Then if I happen to get a good or fun idea, I draw it with the newfound inspiration, and then go on hiatus again. I can force myself to draw, and usually can get results with dicipline, but forcing can be dangerous.
I simply recommed you to try out something different for a while. Try a different media, or try drawing something you wouldn't otherwise draw. Try listening to music, and draw a possible story, picture, or scenario based on the music, and what it brings to your mind (not necessarily what the song is actually about).
Personally I sometimes just lay in bed and think, since I can think clearly, and more creatively when I'm about to fall asleep. Just write your ideas down as soon as you get them, or they'll be gone by the morning.
It's that, or you can just take an honest break, and come back to drawing when you feel like it.
