i decided on a little kym project that anyone with ears and fingers can partake in
you don't even need SKILL in music
if you don't know what vaporwave is, go to this entry and listen to the examples to get an idea

if ur too lazy to read/listen, here's the general gist of vaporwave:
it's slowed down, chopped up, pitchshifted, glitchy (if u wanna be more fancy and technical in fl studio or whatever), looping diana ross 80s commercial music and 80's funk/disco/easy listening songs/stuff you'd hear in cheap commercials made in the 80's for sweatpants

you can contribute vaporwave songs to this thread, it doesn't matter how bad you think it sounds, any vaporwave song you make, no matter if it is just a pitchshifted song in audacity or a technically impressive thing in fl studio, is welcome on this album.

after we get a sizable amount of songs (minimum 10, maximum 20), we'll upload them as an album to this account
Hell maybe if we get enough submissions we might make a b-side compilation album lol

if you want to upload songs to put in this thread, upload your creations to soundcloud, google drive or wherever you can store them online, and post a link to it in this thread

happy a e s t h e t i c s

btw news for everyone.

bandcamp only receives lossless files, that means files like wav, flac or .aif.

which means save and upload your songs in those files, not mp3 or the likes

alright, i think thats enough vaporvape albums.

finishing some touches out of the album, would anyone like their names in japanese kanji, japanese english letters, or original name.

also if anyone still wants to contribute, slots are still open for about 3 hours more or less
