still, they are not breaking any rules, and they can be easily ignored, they don’t do anything that deserves a ban even if it’s best for them not to be on /b/.
on a slightly diffrent subject, i think the reson people don’t like to see pony images on non-pony threads because they have an unimaginable power to derail threads in an instant. it can be a thread about pretty much anything. some troll drops a pony pic saying ‘this is now a pony thread’ and leaves. and bam, it will turn into flamewar and picture spam untill the thread is locked.
- The first sentence is my conceptual concern. It is a random board with no rules. It is /b/. If you make rules for /b/, then they should only prevent the destruction of the board or site (Boxxy is the only topic to merit that.) From what Philip J. Formerly Fry and DPF said, Pony does not threaten /b/. It's just really annoying to see. But if you put too many non-crucial limitations on /b/, then it is no longer the invincible /b/ of lore. It loses its mystique.
- The second part is why I agree with a specific Pony ban in other cases. It can derail other threads, because of its ability to start sh*t. So keeping Pony limited to one thread in the relevant boards (and maybe for /b/, as well) actually serves a definitive purpose.
EDIT: I just realized that my thoughts contradict my previous thoughts on the locked General thread talking about the ban. I've created two posts that debunk the each other. I'm not sure if I can't trust myself anymore.
I think we just caused Verbose to divide by zero in literary terms.

It was glorious.

Part joke part trolling.
But really. I really had a bad dream involving ponies.
It involved Molestia.
You could probably see where the rest of this is going.

If you can't tell what happens next, you don't know your fandom.
I basically woke up like this:
"WHY COULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN LUNA?! WHHHHHHHHYY?"

The current topic pertains to Fluttershy's interests.
And she's sad that she wasn't in your dream.
I love excuses to use the Fluttershy rapeface.

For Elder Scrolls, any number of bananas may be interrupted.

Oh! You thought it was grimdark?
Oh no no no! In an effort to apologize for my grimdarkness earlier ( Which I still enjoyed, sorry :( ) I wrote a very heartwarming brightlight fic for you.
Please go and read it if you thought it was about genocide or grimderpness.

The start of the next Homestuck act.

Synths didn't match so it sounded a bit off. There's no way it would get any likes on youtube.

They seemed to be mostly absent in Fallout 3 and New Vegas, so I'd say they did.
About my compositions:
Why must I suck so bad?

I'm NEVER going to whore for krama again.

Looks like somepony fell victim to a krama troll.
Don't worry too much about the Karma. The stats on the page take forever to update, but whenever they do, my Karma seems to be going down. Oh well, can't do much about it.

I've been getting less and less every year. sigh I feel like I should give up composing music but I know that's what youtube wants.

Yay, though I never played either one of those games.
Think I discovered my first mistake. Using drums instead of a percussion synth.

Dammit Ray, is there anything you have played?!

Don't worry about it, I've been writing music for 2 years now. At first i had no concept of good and bad, it was all shit but i was 13. Then I went through a period of hating everything i wrote. Now I just work at it until i write something i like.
The way i see it, you just have to listen and learn music you want to write like, then start making up stuff until you find something you like. sometimes you like something but start to hate it before you finish it and sometimes you'll stick at it and end up with something you're proud of.
to be honest though everybody writes differently, this is just how i do.

Have you ever played Superman 64?
