Can a woman have a waifu?

No is not, thats when the character is male, but yes woman can have waifus too (even straight woman) as long you really like/appreciate the character it would be alright since a lot of the time calling the character a waifu/husbando is to show that you really enjoy the character, (i even have one or two husbandos myself)

Before you ask what the deleted post was saying, it said that women waifus are called husbandos.

no. anime characters aren't real. sexual orientation is defined by attraction towards real men and women, not drawings of anime characters because no real human looks like an anime character.

The post you are talking about was mine, and I deleted it simply because I incorrectly read and interpreted the OP, no other reason. Yes, women can have waifus just like men can have husbandos, it's all fantasy anyway so you should be able to imagine whatever you prefer.
