Bill just really, really hates anime and kudos to that, but they don't do it gracefully, at the very least. Then again when they're on here, they have the entire community against him, give or take like 4 people.

So, I decided to look through Bill's Wall to see if there was anything to help explain the irrational hatred of anime, when I discovered part of the answer. And I also realised I did this before.

Bill seems to hate anime at least in part because he feels it overshadows western animation. He complains that the anime subpage trends "for no reason".

It's literally "stop liking what I don't like".

I'd forgotten why I have general disdain for Bill. Not enough to downvote him for no reason, mind you, but a strong dislike nonetheless. It's because not only does he go out of his way to declare his hatred of anime, but the reasons he gives for disliking anime so much are fucking stupid.

Bill doesn't want people to stop liking anime, she just wants the popularity of it and western animation to be equal (whether they are or not is debatable).

She's not directly against the idea of people enjoying anime.

Very few people actually hate her, but downvoting her has become a meme, and she just brings anime/manga up randomly, while you at least do it on topic,

The issue is not even the anime hate,that is just a meme at this point.The point is that she tends to go off topic and drags it on and on.

like i don't hate anime as much i'm just tired of the overabundance of it. really, there should be quality control with the things we post on here and this is coming from someone who just draws cute monster girls.

knowing weebs and how the site functions, not gonna happen. there's plenty of meme sites that scratch my itch anyway. kinda makes me ashamed to enjoy anime despite the large majority of here watching it. then again i bend over backwards to a small minority of people.
