Apparently, everything on TVTropes is gone. There are approximately five links that still work on the homepage, but everything else is blank. Anyone know what's going on?

That's very strange, it was working yesterday.

Maybe a DDOS attack?

Dear Tropers,
We are currently experiencing a hardware failure of our database server due to a firmware issue. We are working to get TV Tropes bak online. We'll update you as we make progress.

That sucks. I hope they recover.

That explains why I keep getting those error messages.
I'll eagerly wait but my addiction to TVTropes will make it painful.

Damn. I was just using TVTropes a few days ago. That's unfortunate. Hopefully they'll recover from this.
