I’ve been mentally unstable these past few weeks and I seriously need someone who actually understands my pain. The issue is that most of that is paid and expensive as all hell. I know most y’all don’t know who I am but some folks who die could have been influential people in there life and pains me to see so much suffering going on in this country.

Is there any form of free mental healthcare?

where do you live?
Universities and teaching hospitals sometimes provide free services, and it's worth checking around with any similar institution in your area. If you're employed, it could be worth checking with HR to see if they have any resources or recommendations. If you're a student, do the same with your school.
This website also provides some guidance to locating additional possible resources.
Ultimately, it is expensive--both for the doctor/therapist's time and all the behind-the-scenes costs to running a doctor's office that people often overlook. But even if you're not sure whether you can fit counseling into your financial situation, don't be afraid to make some calls to ask about options for people with low incomes.

If you have insurance, check mental health providers covered through the insurer's directory, and if you don't, there are many Federally Qualified Health Centers which I recommend you search through https://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov
