Skipping Breakfast each day.

Is it really skipping breakfast if someone wakes up past the usual breakfast time? Is breakfast Objective or Subjective? Is it any meal eaten before noon or is it the first meal of the day? Is it possible to eat breakfast at night?

Not really,I wake up so late and go straight to lunch.
Eating the usual to start the day is one thing but lunch as your first dish is different,no matter how good it is.
It feels like you're loosing good chunks of your day to be more productive.

This might be a weird question but for anyone else does eating breakfast effect your levels of hunger throughout the day?

I wake up early most days but I almost never eat breakfast because I don't really get hungry in the morning.. When I do eat breakfast I don't really feel any more of less hungry then the days I go without breakfast. Like whether or not I eat breakfast does not change my level of hunger throughout the day.

Just wanted to know if anyone else was like that. They say to eat three square meals a day but what's the point if you're never hungry in the morning.

Growing up, I was exactly like that, I would just wait till lunchtime. I never ate breakfast, not even before school since I rarely woke up hungry or wanting to eat right away. As an adult, my hunger level is affected drastically if I decide to skip out breakfast. The pangs of hunger can be very miserable when I'm at work so I always try to eat breakfast now. I am somewhat of a light eater, I prefer 5 small meals throughout the day opposed to 3 whole meal rule.

Tying into my job as an order puller: trying to find an item someone ordered but it takes longer than it should when trying to look further for it such as looking into the overhead bins to find it. Even worse is finding what looks like the item but soon finding out it's just a similar product that's different because of the coloring it has.

My borderline ancom brother loudly and excitedly said “yes” when he found out our cousin is getting divorced, since she’s married to a cop. You would think with as excited he(my brother) got he(my cousin-in-law) was a domestic abuser.

Well not sure if this is super private but, found out one ex of mine is doing Onlyfans stuff while my recent ex broke up with me by coming out to me as being gay. Oh and also was doing the Malfeasance quest in Destiny 2 and my quest is now bugged.
