I try to avoid talking about my real life problems here but I finally broke down and tried to get a credit card for the first time through Citi but it somehow got lost in the mail despite the fact I've never lost anything in the mail before and Citi refuses to expedite a replacement. It also doesn't help that every single representative I've spoken to only speaks English as a second language and are very difficult to communicate with.
