Mellow's avatar can easily be cut into the picture. Any picture with someone / something (unique) can too.

Capable of being added into the photo.

However, an effect or scribble without any character or characteristic object can not be in there.

Like I said,I have nothing against you,or any new users-and technically,this is not a regular exclusive thing.Well,it kind of is but if a new user asked politely enough and looked like they were turning out to be a good edition to this site,i'm sure they would be considered "Family"

3.NONE of those pictures are your avatar,you seemed to be set on people viewing you as an anon with a Guy Fawkes mask,yet you are oblivious to your post's being minused/ignored.
That,and before you came on this thread,you had a gardevoir picture. You posted completely different ones,which kind of kill the whole point.
