For me, it would have to be The Secret Of Monkey Island or Doom 2. I played both of those a ton as a kid, and I still love both of them to this day. (they are also kickass games that you should buy.)

Road Rash 2 was so bad-ass.

Im not very old… so…
Simply the best racing game of all time.
And let's not forget:
NO WAY. lol I was about to post Super Kid! xD I remember playing that game on Windows 95 ಠ_à²
Well, I'm not that old either and since technically Super Mario Bros 3 came out before I was born I guess that Medal of Honor Frontline would be one of my favorite Nostalgic Games as a child. One of the reasons I liked Frontline so much was because of its Soundtrack. Arnhem Knights is still one of my favorite Video Game Themes of all time.

I got shafted out of the fifth generation, so I grew up with the GameCube.
But as for old games…
Derp.
I'm rather partial to these games, as well.
That last one is not only the last SNES game, but the hardest, as well.
Pokemon Stadium!!
Monkey Island FTW!!!!!
