Advice Varg - Deserves entry, or not?

I know we don't want any more Advice Dog variants in the database unless they're super popular, but Advice Varg (also known as "Advice Vark" due to misspelling) is kind of in a gray area. It was on Legendary Tier last time I checked, but I know it's been higher before.

I'm also asking because it could be beneficial to have an entry on it, as it's a bit more complex than the other Advice Dog spin-offs. Who Varg is, his controversial actions, and why he's so well-known on the internet (especially on 4chan's /mu/) could always use more explanation, whereas all the other Advice Dog variants are pretty self-explanatory.

I think tracing the memetic route of Varg sounds like a good idea. Varg was something of a mascot on Genmay. I'd say it's worth looking into the different recontextualizations of Varg.

I'm thinking that a Varg Vikernes entry would be good. Kind of like Bill Cosby and Patrick Duffy. Begin with a brief explainer of who he is, and some of the press surrounding him. Then there should be a section about the little Varg emoticon and other Varg-related materials from Genmay.com beginning in about 2002, and see if you can find any common link in other Varg meme materials between then and Advice Varg.
