To meme or not to meme?

Of course I know there has been some real life/internet relevance to this thing.

It's when there is a scenario and there is some emotion (Happiness, sympathy, melancholy) for the oblivious part of the scenario.

Example:

Oh god look at that cow eating that fat girl!

I feel sorry for the cow!!!

Of course a bit internet relevance has pictures.

I swear there's some images (motivational posters) where there was a nude girl in front a kitchen scenery and the text would compliment the objects instead of girl.
