I have no idea why, how, or where, but this bastardized line from LMFAO's 2011 hit "Party Rock Anthem" (originally "Party rock is in the house tonight") has started bubbling up in the meme-sphere in the past few days. In the form of image macros and text posts, it usually involves someone saying "Party rockers in the hou", to which someone replies "se tonight". It looks like it started on 4chan (specifically /tv/) with an image of Pepe dabbing, but the phrase itself has spread to places like Twitter and Reddit.

I know I usually punctuate these quasi-entry forum posts with relevant images and/or videos, but I really don't feel like it for this one. It's just so dumb, but it still needs an entry. One of you fine editors should Google the phrase if you don't believe me and piece together an entry before the meme dies early.

Guys, I am a bit fresh here (as in I have been here for seven months according to my profile), but I just want to mention an idea here. If we want to keep a good meme alive, instead of waiting for somebody to add on reddit/4chan/the unspeakables, we could add to it ourselves by our own hands.

from what i understand, it started on /tv/ when one poster would spam the thread nearly every day once a day with a dabbing Pepe with the OP saying

>watch 2011 movie
>PARTY ROCKERS IN THE HOUSE TONIGHT

eventually it caught on and one notoriously shitpost ridden day on /tv/ had dozens upon dozens of snowclone threads.
