A meme prediction for the coming decade.

Dunno if this is the right place but whatever. Through a mix of observed trends and gut feeling I foresee a return of older/classic memes in the coming 2020s. I've been catching glimpses of rage comics/rage faces and image macros/advice animals outside of captivity and in the wild. I feel there's a resurgence of older memes in the coming years alongside whatever memes the new decade will bring. More research is needed but I forgot my lab coat and I'm pretty sure the bus driver's going to kick me off at the next stop if I keep talking to the passengers so I'm going to stop filling this box out now

2017 was the year where instances of "I've seen meme like this before" skyrocketed. I expect this to drastically increase in the 20s.

improbable, it’s insanely hard to predict the path of memes into the future without making it a broad prediction
That said I’m expecting a post-post-post-ironic memescape + whatever mainstream media quotes reddit will excrete
