Depends on whether the two memes really are one and the same, or if one is inspired of the other while still having its own trend (which I suspect is the case for Club Penguin Is Kil). The best you can do for now is edit the entry of the older of those two memes, write a paragraph about the most recent meme where you'll explain the relation between the two, and put a link to the second entry. This way, either both memes are confirmed and there's an entry for both, or the latter gets deadpooled and every important information is accessible in the first article.
