Can anyone tell me where this originally came from? (not the song itself, just this section with the images)

That appears to be Hades from Disney's Hercules. It's likely taken from one of the scenes where Hades makes a deal with Herc to save Meg's life.

Yeah that's Hades. It was a fad during in 2018, as far as I remember.
