So far it looks like reception is pretty much mixed all around due to the simple fact these are all remakes of movies often seen as classics that didn't really "need" remakes. The Rocky Horror one looks like it's staying relatively true to the source material though, though it's a rather amusing move in my opinion that they've got an actual transsexual playing Dr Frank-n-Furter this time.

I don't think they're gonna work.

The only one of these I can see being an ok adaptation is Lethal Weapon since you can at least extend that story to make it into a buddy cop drama. With the other two though, I don't see how you could possibly make enough material to fill an entire season.

They'll all be cancelled in a short period.

Pretty much this, plus a huge part of TRHPS's appeal was its being viewed at parties and havin instantly memorable songs, I don't think a TV show could really pull off that kind of thing
plus if they were going to do it they should've done it in like the 80's at the height of its popularity

RHPS became a cult classic because of the audience participation, that's literally the only reason people go to see it or do shadow plays. idk who proposed it for a TV remake but that person is for sure getting fired after the initial ratings.
