Admit it, we all hate it when Hollywood changes the sexes and/or races of movie characters and I do too. However, what are some changes that you were okay with? For me, it would have to be black Nick Fury whose rebooted comic design was based on Samuel L. Jackson even before MCU was made.

^ Same. Nobody didn't like Black Nick Fury
I don't think there was any outrage to Black!Green Lantern from the Justice League animated series neither

That's John Stewart. He was always black. They didn't go with one of the white Green Lanterns because they were concerned about having an all white (except for the Martian Manhunter, obviously) Justice League. Similarly, they went with Hawkgirl instead of Hawkman because they didn't want Wonder Woman to be the only female.
Nick Fury and Deadshot. Will Smith as Deadshot was one of the best aspects of the Suicide Squad movie.
in the original source of The Shawsank Redemption, Red was a white dude.
The change to Morgan Freeman was for the best.

I feel like that's less because of how he's a different race and more because he's Morgan Freeman.
Still pretty good though.
