So… I found this thing.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1196334/?ref_=tttr_tr_tt
"Initially mistaken for a comedy, this low-budget movie tells how some people solve a murder. Effective use of simple sets mixed with freezing and difficult shooting conditions have created terrifying effects. Moviegoers who saw this movie inside a theater have reported losing their sense of reality temporarily because the movie was so engrossing and real. While the approach is not recommended, this movie made by struggling people (the director studied film in school and worked in advertising and TV commercials) is mainly about meeting a ghost."
The fucking plot synopsis starts with "Initially mistaken for a comedy," implying the person who wrote it was the salty director who didn't like the negative attention his movie was getting. Like, the only part that describes the summary is the first couple sentences, the rest is just rambling about the nonexistant praise the movie has received.
If this trailer wasn't bad enough, the iMDB entry also has this little gem in its trivia section:
"The film was only released in 4 cities. Afterward distributors called each theatre individually and told them to burn the prints because it was cheaper than sending them back."
It's also fairly obvious that the director must've hired a bunch of people to give the movie a high score, because, with THAT production value and writing, there's no fucking way this shit should get an average of 7.4 out of 10, even from people who don't care about movie quality. This rivals Birdemic in quality!
