I know this topic was brought up awhile back. But I need to know what mods I need to go to to report users.

Any moderator can issue a warning to users really, but Sr. and Database moderators are the ones who can suspend and ban users.

Also, here is a list of all the moderators that have ban abilities.

I should explain. There's one guy who called me a "genwunner" and I'm really not one because I posted this: https://knowyourmeme.com/photos/716743-pokemon 4 months ago and he just recently came out of the blue and just picked on me for that.

And today this Fairly Odd Parents fan made a huge deal on not liking Timmy x Tootie (her username is Tootie by the way) and called me an idiot. And she said I'm an image thief which really doesn't make any sense to me. I did skim over the rules to check anything about submitting images to galleries and I did not see anything about that. I think he/she was being an asshole.

I'll be sure to shoot them both a warning later then, after I've checked over the situation.

Mario9919, if users continue to harass you after Random 21 warns them, then I'd say to give Random 21 a PM. He has ban powers and he's probably appraised of the situation better than other moderators now. He'll know best as to whether another warning is merited or if a suspension is needed.
