Bans are permanent.
Suspensions vary, lasting from a few hours to several weeks, depending on the severity of the violation.

I hope you learnt your lesson. I don't really want to lift the ban hammer for such a dumb reason as "harassing another user because of a shipping war".

Question answered, I suppose I can lock this thread now.
