How can i upload something from my pc into the forums

The forums do not currently support direct image embedding. To embed images in comments/forum posts, upload them somewhere (like Imgur or Photobucket ) and then embed using ! or the HTML image tag. This also applies to images hosted on KnowYourMeme, which even give you an embed code below the notes (pictured below).

For example, I can embed your profile picture by using these methods:
