I have seen some images with penises posted by a staff, and am wondering if it is case by case or if it is an oversight.

Nope, no dicks allowed, it must be either an oversight or (insert joke about mods gay)

As far as I know, the only exceptions to the nudity rule are in regards to classical art and art produced by professional, named artists.

I think stuff like dickbutt is also allowed, as that's what the meme is about.

The best thing to do is to DM a mod with a link to the image and ask them if it's allowed to be uploaded here or not.
