The Lock Icon doesn't seem to be appearing on auto locked threads (Only threads that have been manually locked). This should be fixed…
I don't know if this is related, but the latest version of The Reaction Face Thread says it got autolocked at the bottom. But the last post on it was 6 days ago and it doesn't show the lock icon in the title.

For some reason, the thread was set to expire october 13th, 2011, I'll change that so that it can still be posted in.
It basically made it autolock early.

The Lock Icon actually says on it that "This thread was locked by an administrator" which implies that it was actively locked instead of autolocked.
That's why it isn't on autolocked threads.
