PROTECT Act of 2003 is a United States law, which criminalizes material that has “a visual depiction of any kind, including a drawing, cartoon, sculpture or painting”, that "depicts a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct and is “obscene” or “depicts an image that is, or appears to be, of a minor engaging in…sexual intercourse…and lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value”.

If you read the rules and guidelines on NSFW content, you would know that KYM has a strict guideline regarding NC content primarily on content depicting underage characters.
"Sexually suggestive images of characters or people who appear underaged." fall under the NC category. If you find any images that fall under that category then report to a Moderator or on this thread right here.
Partially that and partially because Lolicon porn could easily give us a bad image and a lot of people don't want content on here that basically panders to pedophilia.
"…sexually explicit conduct"
All explicit sex is considered NC except in cases in which it is absolutely mandatory for documentation. (Example: Daily Dose EXTREMELY NSFW). KYM would find itself in much deeper legal issues for breaking Youtube's terms of service by embedding hundreds of thousands of videos here, as well as essentially reuploading digital art (often) without proper credit or permission, to name a few. We've gotten away with most of it so far, we'll be fiiiine.
"…and lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value”.
KYM, it's content, and all affiliated users are inherently worthless. We can assume this renders us exempt from these terms.
