I am having some trouble trying to edit articles which I did not submit which I am editor on. This is problematic. I can, however, edit articles that I submitted myself. I know that other editors have been able to edit articles which they did not submit.
NOTE: I use Google Chrome and when I tried moving to Explorer, I had the same problem.
