I have no idea why I'm taking this seriously, but anyways, it's physically impossible for semen to leak out of human testicles. This is the area where sperm are produced, and nothing else. At least three quarters of what makes up semen is produced in the prostate, which is way up in there next to the very back of the rectum.

So what's the problem? Need help getting the semen inside of you?
