It's funny, really. That would happen to a thread trying to be NSFW regardless of the subculture surrounding it.

Also is this website really the best place for posting it? Couldn't you just get people who want to see that porn and start an IRC chat or just PM each other the images. Why don't you get the people who take it seriously and take it away somewhere else so people who de-rail can't? Remove the need for the "guidelines" all together and not have to deal with any of the problems?

Well ok then. It's not like any other moderators know the NSFW guidelines or anything. And it's not like the thread got moved to JFF solely so rules that prevent derailment come into effect.
I get that if the thread is going to be serious about its bringing fap material to a generally SFW site it shouldn't be in riff-raff, but shouldn't you respect the OP's choice? And declaring a thread your personal stomping ground is a little insulting to everyone else who's willing to help enforce, on their own time, because they want to. Especially when you're, no offense, not coming off as the most impartial mod here; it really comes off as you trying to get other mods to stop monitoring your specific group of users because you share a common interest.

EDIT: Since we seem to be in "lel fuck BSoD" mode, I'd like to clarify that I'm glad he's moderating that thread (lord knows I don't want to have to), and generally agree with the rules he posted (I don't like the idea of Riff Raff personally). I just don't think that moving the thread without OP request or establishing thread-specific rules that contradict the rules of the forum it was posted in is something that should be done.

So what you're saying is that we shouldn't talk about this because you don't want to face legitimate questions? There are no bad consequences I see from speaking about how stupid this is. I think you just saw people posting logical arguments against your thread and don't want to answer it. Give us reasons why we should drop it.

Also while I doubt you have any (you're usually a decent mod), you could have become a mod if you had disingenuous intentions that's not really a good argument.

I mean if you really want to do this BSoD I could technically lock and redirect as a pony thread, now that it's out of riff-raff. Non-riff-raff rules apply to it now that it's in JFF

You're right. while your questions were legitimate, I'm not interesting in answering them. You ask why a thread was even made to begin with. I simply couldn't tell you. People make threads because they can, and they don't always need to explain themselves

I've never seen Blue Screen make a stupid decision or look like an ass for the entire time I've been on the forums, but it's finally happened. This is some stupid shit I'm seeing right here.
