Historically speaking, men haves served as political leaders at a higher rate than women, which is likely due to false cultural biases and biological differences between the sexes.

I believe that all humans are known to do this at times when sleeping or attempting to do so with the mouth open. And good, because the other possibility would be dry mouth, which I can say from experience is dreadful.

Your statement is accurate, but irrelevant. Judging from the context, the Original Poster (OP) was clearly utilizing the slang definition of the word "rule"; that is, the state of being excellent. Please refer to The Online Slang Dictionary entry on the word. Such dictionaries are useful when attempting to decode informal language and should not be ignored.

The OP was, in essence, advancing a claim about the innate quality of the female gender; the claim was not about their historical control over politics, academia, the means of production, or any other objective method of gauging the influence of an individual or individuals over human civilization.

Your critique of the OP's claim, though not untrue, is wholly inadequate. Assuming that you were attempting a rebuttal, you made the basic mistake of failing to address the sweeping generalization that was present. Unlike the quality of a particular gender, which is subjective enough to allow room for debate, drooling is an easily identifiable physical phenomenon; the generalization "boys drool" could therefore be refuted simply by providing a concrete counterexample in the form of a non-drooling boy. Instead of pursuing such a comprehensive refutation in defense of your own position, however, it appears that you decided to engage in tu quoque against the OP.
