In episode 5 of season 11 in the world famous cartoon series "The Simpsons". Homer visits a locale in the country called "Sneed's Feed and Seed (formally Chuck's)". There's a hilarious joke hidden in plain sight. You may have noticed that the store was formally Chuck's, and that the two words following the name of the owner have some connection to the owners name. So, when it's Sneed's, it's feed and seed. But if you replace it with Chuck, you get "Chuck's Fuck and Suck"
Funny joke from The Simpsons S11 E5

So, unironically IRL, there is both a student in a class I'm with whose last name is 'Sneed' and and an abandoned storefront called 'Chucks'. I just need to convince the student to buy the property.
