Flight 370 washing up?

On Reunion Island, officials are saying the wing part and luggage washed up are definitely from flight 370, which went down in mid-March last year.

Luggage, fabric, that has been deteriorating under the water for more than a year. Washed up on shore.

Next, US intel is now saying that flight 370 was DEFINITELY brought down intentionally, more than a year after we were told it was positively a tragic accident due to the weather, more than a year after we searched the ocean following storm currents, they now declare it intentional.

The only way this could get any more obvious is if they start claiming to find bodies.

Speculate, KYM. This is sketch as fuck.

Well then it won't be speculating, you'll just be commenting on what you're being told are facts, just like the "absolute fact" that this flight went down due to weather.

Based on the things that have washed ashore so far, I think the only way to confirm plane piece is from Flight 370 is through the serial number that may or may not be on it. Until then, we'll have to wait for more debris to wash ashore and see if they carry any identification for the aircraft or its passengers. As for the bodies themselves, I don't think they last very long out at sea. Could there be bodies? It's a fucking long shot, but I'm not one to rule out possibilities, so yes, there could be, but most likely not.

EDIT: Also, I don't believe that the crash was intentional. A hijacking, maybe, but not a crash.

Hey, apparently a bag made of and full of fabric can last under the water a full 17 months, why not flesh in an ocean full of scavengers?

They sent the plane part to France to be analyzed, but they're already saying it's positively from 370, mostly because nobody else is missing a 777.

Found this while researching (from Washington Post) and thought it might be useful:

I'll chime in after I've dug some more, but it sounds like the reasonable assumption is that it came from the missing plane. Thanks for letting us know, Lisa!

Lots of things in the ocean eat flesh, not many things probably eat fabric.
Salt water will rust away metal and wash away stone, but Fabric is a pretty tough material. Especially if its a plastic based fiber used to make the baggage.

I think its highly unlikely they will find any bodies.

I don't know about the bag but the plane part seems like it could be possible. If they could conclusively link it to a Boeing 777 it greatly increases the chances of it being a part of M370, because no other 777 incidents have happened in that large area, from what I'm hearing.

I just want to know what the black box has to say, when and if they find it.

For once that something interesting happens on my shitty island…

Well, i highly doubt the piece of luggage is from MH370… after all, there are tons of waste that wash up on our shores every day (especially on the eastern part of the island which is very exposed to oceanic wind and currents…)

As far as we know, the only "sure" part of the airplane we found is the flaperon. The luggage (and also the two empty plastic bottles of a chinese brand that were found in the same beach this morning) could have been dropped by a cargo ship cruising nearby, so we can't say anything for the moment…

… in fact, no "Official" here in Reunion confirmed or even claimed the said luggage was from MH370. All we have from said officials (either the french police, the malaysian and australian experts and even the local press) are just reports of "vague speculations" concerning the luggage and the bottles…
