Good and bad are highly subjective terms, but it's good to have a firm grasp of what people believe defines a good person and a bad person. I believe a good person tries their best to benefit others, usually by means of focus, will, and their unique style. On the other side of things I find a bad person tries their best to benefit themselves, usually by means of manipulation, harm, and willful ignorance. What do each of you believe are the qualities you'd associate with good people and bad people?

A person who has a good ass could never be bad. That is what I have always lived by.

I'd also like to point out that I believe good people post lots of interesting and relevant comments related to the topic at hand and bad people post lots of uninteresting and irrelevant comments.

On a personal level, I more associate the motivation to serve others as a quality of a good person. For instance, if a person is legitimately keen on helping another in what they do I would consider them a good person ON AVERAGE. I'm very aware that such a criteria would also technically put Hitler in my list of good people so I'll further it with the criteria of "and does not put one group's well-being above another." So someone who wants to help others, but in doing so they do not harm another group of people intentionally.

It sounds almost retardedly simple to me but I worry sometimes that it is not common or simple for most.

We live in a morally degrading society.

Someone who puts others before themselves. A person capable of a large amount of empathy and sympathy.

As opposed to what? The past when shit was a whole lot worse? Terrible stuff still happens, but we don't have 20,000 people being impaled on stakes, tens of millions being killed by the Soviet Union, blacks not being allowed to drink at the same water fountains in America. The world isn't perfect, but it's better than it was.
