Graven
Dark fantasy immersive sim that is a spiritual successor to Hexen 2. Play as a wrongly dishonored priest who goes to a plague stricken area in order to help those in need, and use a combination of melee combat and magic spells to fight enemies and solve puzzles. Character designs for this game were done by Chuck Jones of Duke Nukem 3D and Half-Life fame, and Stephen Weyte, best known for voicing Caleb in the cult classic Blood, will be part of the game's cast. The visual style for this game is of course "purposefully retro" like a lot of other indie shooter and immersive sims that have been coming out the past couple of years. This one has a style that reminds me of Hexen 2 and Thief, and visually makes me think of a game running on the original Unreal engine from 1998 or the Quake 3 engine. Right now the game is confirmed to be coming to PC and consoles like the Switch and the current and next gen PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

Core Decay
Another immersive sim, but this one is sci-fi and from the looks of the game (both in terms of gameplay and visual design) looks like a cross between System Shock 2 and Deus Ex 1. Not much information on the story or setting but this looks like the sort of game that easily makes me go "if you liked System Shock 1 and/or 2 or the 2017 Prey from Arkane then keep an eye on this one." As of right now it appears to be a PC exclusive.

Rise of the Triad Remastered
The original 1995 shooter created by former id Software developer Tom Hall is finally getting a modern day commercial source port. Will have the usual bells and whistles one would expect from a modern remaster like widescreen support, proper mouselook for the PC version, and multiplayer support. The game will be coming to PC, Switch, PS4/5, and Xbox One/Series X.

Ion Fury expansion
The 2019 spiritual successor to Build Engine shooters like Duke 3D, Shadow Warrior 1997, and Blood is getting an expansion in 2021. Going off of the trailer the most obvious new additions are brand new levels and a new ridable vehicle with weapons mounted on it (I'm guessing possibly a futuristic motorcycle).

SiN Reloaded
A remaster of the cult classic shooter SiN from 1998, coming from Nightdive Studios and running on the company's Kex Engine (which they've used for most, if not all, of their remasters). Will still retain the original artstyle but models and textures have been significantly upgraded from the 1998 original, proper widescreen support, bug fixes, and restores content that was censored in some releases of the game.

Kingpin Reloaded
Already made a thread on this a while back so I'm not gonna repeat too much, the main thing showed off was a new trailer showing the remastered visuals compared to the old (and looks like the Cypress Hill music is still present).

Strife: Veteran Edition coming to Switch in 2021
The original FPS-RPG hybrid Strife made by Rogue Entertainment makes its way to console for the first time with this port of the remaster that Nightdive originally released for PC back in 2014. If you enjoy stuff like Deus Ex I definitely recommend checking out Strife as it feels like a spiritual predecessor to it.

Bladerunner: Enhanced Edition
Already announced a while back but now we have our first look at how the cutscenes have been updated. The classic point-and-click that features lots of randomized elements in how the story can play out and how it ends is being remastered for PC, Switch, PlayStation 4/5, and Xbox One/Series X and the biggest change is the game will now be playable at resolutions higher than 480, and even run at 60 FPS where able (some animations and camera movements are still locked at the original 15 FPS likely due to engine limitations but seeing some of the models in 60 FPS makes the pre-rendered cinematics look almost real time).

Shadow Man Remastered
Another cult classic game from the 90s (I'm using "cult classic" a lot in this thread aren't I?) is coming to PC, Switch, PS4, and Xbox One next year, the third person action-adventure Shadow Man (originally released on the N64, Dreamcast, and PS1, but the PS1 version was a bad port so it's more often remembered as an N64 and Dreamcast cult classic). Like many other Nightdive remasters it's running on Kex and features updated lighting, cleaner looking textures, but also things like updated controls (the original game was kind of a product of its time in how it controlled, the remaster will have controls a more modern audience will be familiar with) and quality of life improvements to the gameplay and AI.

Amid Evil: The Black Labyrinth
Prequel expansion to the fantasy FPS Amid Evil, coming in 2021. Will feature new levels, enemies, and weapons not in the base game.

Fallen Aces
A noir themed FPS that uses a "2.5D" style reminiscent of games like Doom, Duke 3D, and Outlaws. In addition to firearms the game also features quite a bit of emphasis on melee combat, and looks like it'll even have stealth mechanics. Looks pretty neat, not often you see a retro inspired FPS take an approach with a somewhat more grounded setting.

Dusk Switch port gets a Mario 64 styled Endless Mode level
Dusk is coming to Switch this Halloween and it's been revealed the port will have an exclusive level for the Endless Mode that looks like a horror version of Peach's Castle from Mario 64 (good timing given the 3D All-Stars collection is coming out soon too). Just as a note about the gameplay trailer: the Mario 64 SFX and music in this video were put in by whoever edited it, Nintendo didn't actually give permission for the port to use those in-game, but it'd be amusing if they did.

Postal: Brain Damaged
A spin-off of the Postal series that instead looks and plays like a 90s era shooter (kinda looks like something on the Quake 2 engine), as opposed to the open world style of the mainline games ever since Postal 2 (Postal 1 was an isometric shooter so this game looks like a natural in-between of Postal 1 and 2's styles). While Postal's creators Running With Scissors are making the next mainline entry, Hyperstrange and CreativeForge are the ones making this spin-off. Who exactly is voicing Postal Dude in this game is unknown at the moment but most are guessing it's either Jon St Jon (best known for voicing Duke Nukem and is the voice of Postal Dude in Postal 4 due to PD's original VA Rick Hunter being unavailable) or Corey Cruise (voice of Postal Dude in the infamous Postal 3, and agreed to be one of the only good things to come from that game).
