10 AM Fit refers to a redraw meme format based on a selfie photograph of a man walking down the street in a reddish brown or burgundy business suit. The exploitable image has been redrawn to reference various characters, with popular versions including Spy from Team Fortress 2 and The Big Cheese from Toontown.
Origin
On January 22nd, 2025, X[1] / Twitter user @vynnari posted a selfie photograph of himself walking down a paved street in a reddish brown business suit, captioning the photograph, "10 am fit." The post (shown below) received over 1,600 reposts and 19,000 likes in three weeks.
On January 23rd, 2025, X[2] user @gihunbrainrot quoted the image with a speech bubbling meme featuring Squid Game character The Recruiter. The post (shown below) received over 1,200 reposts and 10,000 likes in three weeks.
Spread
In the following days, more users captioned the image with various jokes or edited it to mimic characters from various media. For example, on January 23rd, 2025, X[3] user @i_fuck_robots captioned the image with a reference to Team Fortress 2. The post received over 6,800 reposts and 65,000 likes in three weeks.
On January 24th, 2025, X[4] user @Harryboithedumb posted the earliest found redraw of the image, altering the color of the man's hands to reference Toontown character The Big Cheese. The post (shown below) accumulated over 4,000 reposts and 51,000 likes in three weeks.
More redraws of the image followed in late January and early February 2025. For example, on January 25th, 2025, X[5] user @AssMulcherr redrew the image as Spy from Team Fortress 2, with their post gaining over 8,200 reposts and 115,000 likes in three weeks (shown below).
