On November 20th, 2013, comedian and popular Twitter user @shutupmikeginn[1] posted, "My "Not involved in human trafficking" T-shirt has people asking a lot of questions already answered by my shirt." The tweet has gained over 12,000 retweets and 39,000 likes in over five years (shown below).
Spread
The tweet didn't become a snowclone until several years later. Early examples include a June 8th, 2016 tweet by @sagcitysf (shown below, left) and a September 12th, 2017 tweet by @actualbadboy (shown below, right).
